All N.S.F Cheques are subject to a $15 service charge

No refunds, unused credites coud be applied for future programs

Missed classes

Youshould call ahead and inform us of your child's absence in order to free his spot and be eligible for a make up class. If you do not inform us in advance, you will not be eligible for a make up for that missed class

* Make up classes may be made up any time during the same session as long as there is a space available in another class (we cannot guarantee that make ups will be available for all missed classes)

* No make up classes are available for class cancellation due to poor weather * Schedule is subject to change based on availability * Artyka reserves the right to cancel a class due to low enrolment

Pick-ups is as follows: $5.00 for the 1st 15 minutes, $10.00 for each subsequent 15 minute period, due at time of pickup
